Pam’s love of Western North Carolina and real estate shows when she is with her clients. An Asheville native, Pam grew up in North Asheville and attended the Asheville City School system. After graduating from Meredith College in Raleigh and working for over ten years in the long-term health care field, she returned to Asheville in 1992. She lives in Black Mountain with her husband and two dogs, Bolo and Lili. Her ten plus years of real estate experience is enhanced by her own personal business with her husband Worth, a building contractor for over 25 years. New home construction, investment property, property management and rehabilitating older homes are experiences Pam draws on to better serve her clients. Pam and Worth volunteer with Habitat for Humanity in an effort to give back to the community that has supported their family through real estate. She prides herself on excellence in customer service – rather than sales volume. When Pam isn’t working with clients you can find her camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains or sailing the high seas.
