Raised in the Asheville area, David assists clients by bringing a local's perspective to the table. After college at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, obtaining his real estate license in 1998, and selling his business in Charlotte, NC, he returned home to Asheville in 2000 to pursue a career in real estate. A sharp businessman, e-marketing expert, and savvy negotiator, David has brokered over 31 million in real estate sales. He specializes in premier estates and farms, development/new construction, exclusive downtown Asheville condominiums, 1031 tax exchanges, and fine traditional homes in Asheville’s historic neighborhoods.
An active outdoorsman, David enjoys fly-fishing, camping, sporting clays, and waterfowl retrievers. Organic vegetable gardening, live music, cooking/entertaining friends, and spending time with his family earn high marks on his priority list. During the past few years, David spent much of his spare time restoring a 1920 Arts & Crafts home in historic north Asheville in which he resides with his wife and twin boys.
