For over 35 years Juanita has been active in the Asheville real estate market. A founding partner of Preferred Properties, Juanita was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 1995 by her peers at the Asheville Board of Realtors. “Born and stayed” in Asheville, Juanita is our resident expert on the history, neighborhoods and traditions of Asheville and gives a fun-filled, educational tour of the city. When she’s not involved in the business she loves, Juanita can be found traveling the globe with her husband.
