An Asheville native, Sandy has in her family lineage author Thomas Wolfe and Elizabeth Patton who married Davy Crockett. These deep roots give her a keen interest in specializing in historical homes and estates but also in the future with new home communities. Sandy is also experienced in vacation and second homes .

Buyers and Sellers benefit from her Accredited Staging designation. Sandy is trained in arranging/Staging a home to show off the home's best qualities for sales purposes. She is also able to assist her Buyers with furniture/design placement in homes they consider purchasing.

Sandy's skills of paying attention to details and her follow up during a transaction have earned her loyal customers . She is very personable, self-motivated and an honest person who works diligently to provide all her buyers and sellers the highest level of service .

Sandy's community involvements include being an elder and volunteer in the Presbyterian Church, a member of the Vetust Study Club which puts on the Asheville Antiques Fair; was extremely active at Carolina Day School through the Parent's Association, the Progressive Education Program in Roberson High School, Biltmore Village Historical Museum Association, Children's Welfare League, Jr. League of Asheville, garden club and a Master Gardener.

The hobbies Sandy enjoys are gardening, cooking, piano, travel. She lives in Biltmore Forest with her husband and three older children.
