In addition to Broker-in-Charge of the south Asheville office, Terry handles all sales and marketing activities at Preferred Properties. Prior to real estate, Terry spent over 12 years in the advertising agency business working with a variety of Fortune 500 clients. Terry is actively involved with the REALTOR® organization on both a local and state level.
